Director of AI Security

About the role

The Director of AI Security will lead CPX’s regional AI security practice, shaping strategy, service delivery and commercial performance across the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to senior leadership, the role is responsible for scaling an established offering into a market‑leading, profitable service that aligns with rapidly evolving AI regulations and cybersecurity demands.

Key responsibilities

• Own the multi‑disciplinary practice covering AI governance, responsible AI, and technical measures to secure AI solutions.
• Develop and execute a multi‑year growth strategy, managing the practice P&L, pricing models, utilization and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with commercial teams and other Cyber Defense units to deliver integrated AI security propositions and go‑to‑market plans.
• Define and evolve the AI security portfolio, creating reusable IP, accelerators and new offerings that respond to regional and global regulatory frameworks (UAE PDPL, DIFC, ADGM, GDPR, EU AI Act, etc.).
• Monitor pipeline, backlog and revenue realization, supporting the closure of strategic opportunities across government and enterprise sectors.

Required profile

• Proven strategic leadership experience in AI security or related cyber‑defense domains.
• Strong commercial execution skills with a track record of growing practice revenue and margins.
• Deep technical credibility in AI governance, responsible AI and secure AI implementation.
