Director of Finance (Hospitality)

About the role

Jumeirah is seeking a senior finance leader to drive financial performance for its Dubai property. The Director of Finance will act as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring robust financial planning, analysis and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership, delivering profitability, forecasting and long‑term performance insights.
• Advise the Executive Leadership Team on commercial and operational strategies through financial analysis and risk assessment.
• Lead the preparation and execution of annual budgets, forecasts and capital plans, identifying efficiency and value‑creation opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, asset managers, auditors and corporate stakeholders, representing the property’s financial interests.
• Ensure compliance with financial governance, internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high‑performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and business partnership.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience within internationally recognised luxury hospitality brands.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CMA or equivalent).
• Proven ability to translate financial data into strategic business insights and informed decision‑making.
