Director of Food and Beverage

About the role

The Director of Food & Beverage will lead all food and beverage operations across the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue and maintaining high service standards. This senior position combines strategic planning, financial oversight, and team leadership within a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement F&B strategies to boost revenue, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and manage the department budget, monitor P&L statements and take corrective actions.
• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets and other outlets, ensuring food quality, presentation and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and HACCP regulations.
• Recruit, train, mentor and evaluate the F&B team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to create promotions, events and loyalty programmes.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure quality products at optimal cost.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business or related field (preferred).
• 5‑7 years of progressive F&B leadership experience in luxury or upscale hotels.
• Strong financial acumen with proven budget and P&L management experience.
