Director of Human Resources – Property

About the role

The Director of Human Resources will report to the property General Manager and work closely with the Regional Senior Director of Human Resources. As a member of the property executive committee, you will shape HR strategy, talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management and compensation for the property.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Human Resources strategy aligned with business priorities, including engagement surveys and diversity initiatives.
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession management and the human capital review process for the property.
• Oversee total compensation strategy for hourly employees, conduct equity analyses and design incentive programs.
• Monitor and promote effective use of the myHR system by managers and staff.
• Represent HR on the property executive committee, presenting retention, open positions, satisfaction and training metrics.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with 4 years HR/operations experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience.
• Proven ability to work independently, develop processes and influence business outcomes.
• Strong analytical, coaching and change‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the myHR HR information system.
• Experience in total compensation design and equity analysis.
