Director of Sales – Middle East (Remote)

About the role

Pallet is seeking its first Director of Sales for the Middle East, based in Dubai but working remotely. You will lead net‑new enterprise acquisition across the region, building relationships with the largest logistics providers and shaping the company’s international go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle across the Middle East, from outbound prospecting to contract signature.
• Build and maintain a 3‑4× qualified pipeline, self‑sourcing at least 30 % of opportunities.
• Develop executive relationships with COOs, CIOs, VPs of Operations, Supply Chain and Technology at major logistics firms.
• Lead consultative discovery sessions to map operational workflows to Pallet’s AI agent capabilities.
• Scope and run structured pilots that demonstrate measurable ROI and convert into enterprise deployments.
• Create executive business cases linking operational improvements to financial outcomes.
• Document repeatable use cases and market feedback to influence product roadmap and GTM strategy.
• Travel extensively across the Middle East and occasionally Europe for customer meetings and industry events.

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS or enterprise logistics sales experience.
• Business‑fluent Arabic for discovery, negotiation and presentations.
• Proven track record of closing six‑ and seven‑figure enterprise software deals.
• Strong consultative and value‑based selling methodology.
• Experience navigating complex buying committees and long sales cycles.
• Executive presence with senior operators and technology leaders.
• Ability to quickly understand complex logistics operations and translate them into AI automation opportunities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and the Middle East.
