Director, Wellness

About the role

Atlantis The Palm is seeking an exceptional Director of Wellness to lead the strategic direction, operational excellence, and commercial performance of AWAKEN Wellness, one of the region’s most exciting and evolving wellness destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, operations, and commercial success of the wellness division.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest luxury service standards.
• Drive revenue growth across spa treatments, memberships, retail, wellness programmes, and ancillary services.
• Develop innovative wellness concepts, experiences, and partnerships that strengthen Atlantis’ market position.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and departmental profitability.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing team while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Partner closely with Revenue, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, regulatory, and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience within luxury wellness, spa, hospitality, or integrated resort environments.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue growth and commercial performance.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest experience expectations.
• Ability to develop innovative wellness concepts and strategic partnerships.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Effective team leadership and talent development skills.
• Collaborative approach with cross‑functional teams such as Revenue, Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance in wellness settings.
