About the role

Join ABB’s 18‑month Discovery Emirati Talent Program in Dubai, a full‑time rotational graduate scheme within the Motion Business Area. You will rotate through inside sales, marketing, operations and project management, gaining deep product knowledge and leadership experience while contributing to ABB’s high‑power motion solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Complete four rotations covering inside sales, marketing, operations and project management.
• Develop technical and product expertise in ABB’s Motion portfolio.
• Collaborate with rotation managers and mentors to build leadership capabilities.
• Conduct research and analysis projects that support business decisions.
• Deliver measurable results on assigned assignments in an onsite environment.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Completed university studies before the program start date.
• Strong desire to learn, grow and take on new challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
