About the role

Join ABB’s 18‑month Discovery Emirati Talent Program in Dubai, a rotational graduate scheme within the Motion Business Area. The programme combines rotations in inside sales, marketing, operations and project‑management, giving you deep product knowledge and leadership experience while you contribute to ABB’s mission of running industries leaner and cleaner.

Key responsibilities

• Complete multiple 3‑month rotations covering inside sales, marketing, operations and project management to develop cross‑functional expertise.
• Engage with division managers, mentors and senior leaders to build a professional network and receive guidance.
• Conduct research and analysis projects that support business decisions and drive results.
• Participate in professional‑development activities such as webinars and training sessions.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate holding a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline) completed before the programme start.
• Strong desire to learn, grow and take on new challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good organisational abilities and ability to manage multiple tasks.
