Dispatcher - Front Services

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Dispatcher for its Front Services team at the upcoming luxury resort in Ras Al Khaimah. The role coordinates guest service requests, bell attendants, and baggage handlers to ensure seamless arrivals and departures.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log and dispatch guest service requests such as luggage assistance, transportation and deliveries.
• Coordinate bell attendants, doormen and baggage handlers based on operational needs and guest priorities.
• Maintain real‑time communication with the front services team via radio or phone and monitor task completion.
• Collaborate with front desk, concierge, valet and housekeeping to deliver a smooth guest experience.
• Track service times, guest feedback and special requests, and prepare shift reports for management.
• Support the leadership team in operational planning, group movements, VIP arrivals and high‑volume periods while upholding Forbes Five Star standards.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of ultra‑luxury experience in a large resort environment with a busy dispatch desk.
• Strong communication, multitasking and ability to work under pressure.
• Professional demeanor, guest‑focused attitude and fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to work shift‑based schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings.
