Distribution Planner – Luxury Jewelry & Timepieces

About the role

Based in the Dubai office, the Distribution Planner will optimise the distribution of Chaumet’s high‑end jewellery and timepieces across the Middle East, ensuring product availability and supporting the brand’s luxury retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor comprehensive distribution plans for jewellery, timepieces and other collections, taking seasonality, stock levels and regional market dynamics into account.
• Analyse distribution performance metrics (availability rate, stock coverage) and propose corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Allocate stock strategically during shortages or high‑demand periods to maximise sales potential.
• Coordinate seasonal product launches and collection refreshes to achieve high availability at launch dates.
• Proactively monitor stock levels across all Middle‑East points of sale, identifying risks of stock‑outs or overstocking and implementing timely measures.
• Contribute to optimisation of stock management parameters such as visual‑merchandising minimums, sales‑peak anticipation and product lifecycle management.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in distribution planning or supply‑chain management, preferably within luxury goods or high‑value products.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with headquarters and regional offices.
