Diversified Campaign Operations Manager - LIVE

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Diversified Campaign Operations Manager to join TikTok LIVE’s MENA team in Dubai. You will design, launch and optimise multi‑market live‑streaming campaigns for agency partners and creators, turning data‑driven insights into scalable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute revenue‑generating LIVE campaigns across the region, aligning all internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse post‑campaign performance, identify gaps and continuously refine the campaign framework.
• Research emerging campaign mechanics, prototype new models and iterate operational logic.
• Identify content trends, improve live‑campaign quality and enable agencies to strengthen their streaming capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of operations experience, preferably in campaign operations or game‑industry planning.
• Strong understanding of user psychology and proven ability to translate insights into actionable campaign plans.
• Excellent communication, logical thinking and decision‑making skills.
