DM‑Approved Architect – On‑site in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site DM‑approved Architect to join our Dubai team. The role involves preparing and reviewing architectural drawings in line with Dubai Municipality regulations, coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams, and supporting project delivery from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit architectural drawings and documentation to meet Dubai Municipality and local authority requirements.
• Coordinate design concepts and revisions with structural, MEP and interior design teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical queries and ensure compliance with code standards.
• Participate in client meetings, provide technical input and help keep projects on schedule and within quality benchmarks.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an architect with valid DM approval/registration and strong knowledge of Dubai building codes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or related field) and professional certification or membership in relevant bodies is an advantage.
• Experience in a contracting or maintenance environment handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with clients, consultants, contractors and regulatory bodies.
