Document Control Manager – Emiratization

About the role

Khazna Data Centers, the leading wholesale data centre provider in the MENA region, is seeking a Document Control Manager as part of its Emiratization initiative. The role will lead the development and implementation of information‑management and document‑control standards for a large‑scale, state‑of‑the‑art data centre campus, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead the implementation of an information and document‑control management strategy aligned with company objectives and international standards.
• Define governance, policies and performance standards across all projects within the programme.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of programme and project documents throughout their lifecycle.
• Develop and roll out programme‑wide policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls for document management.
• Standardise document workflows and enforce document‑control policies to meet regulatory requirements.
• Prepare periodic management and progress reports for senior leadership.
• Oversee the document change‑control process, including review and approval of change requests.
• Conduct internal audits and facilitate third‑party audits, certifications and inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or Computer Information Systems or equivalent.
• 8‑10 years of experience in project coordination or PMO support within large‑scale construction, infrastructure or data‑centre environments.
• Professional certifications such as PMP®, CAPM® or PRINCE2 Foundation are preferred.
• Familiarity with internationally recognised delivery frameworks and structured PMO environments.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles, permitting, inspections and commissioning workflows.
