About the role
The Door Ambassador in the Welcome Office creates the first and lasting impression for guests arriving at W Hotels Dubai. You will guide guests through their arrival and departure, ensuring every interaction feels personal, smooth and memorable.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, provide information and assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Process operational needs, handle guest requests and complete daily reports.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Move throughout the lobby area, lift and carry items up to 50 lb (assistance for heavier items).
- Maintain a safe, clean and professional work environment in line with company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior experience or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift objects up to 50 lb and handle heavier items with assistance.
- Professional appearance, confidentiality and adherence to company standards.
