Driver Trainer (Full‑Time)

About the role

Zameer Training FZE is seeking a dedicated Driver Trainer to join its team in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical training to new and existing drivers, ensuring they meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the training needs of new, current, and in‑training drivers.
• Conduct classroom lessons and practical sessions, covering traffic laws, road safety, accident prevention, and professional conduct.
• Provide external driver training on meter operation both within and outside the UAE.
• Re‑train drivers involved in accidents or with performance issues to improve their safety and earnings.
• Deliver specialized training for drivers serving historical, tourism, and mall locations.
• Support the Development and Training Manager with program coordination.

Required profile

• Strong command of the English language.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Experience in driver education or related transportation training is preferred.

Required skills

• Computer skills for preparing training materials and tracking progress.
