E-Commerce Executive

About the role

The E-Commerce Executive will support the Marketing & Communication team in driving online traffic, optimizing the hotel’s website, and increasing direct bookings. This position blends digital marketing, SEO, and social media management to boost revenue for the property.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Marketing & Communications and the Corporate Director of E-Commerce in developing and increasing traffic through direct and semi‑direct online channels.
• Evaluate the performance of the branded website, propose improvements, keep content up‑to‑date and enhance booking conversion.
• Monitor and execute the hotel’s presence on all social media platforms to maximise online exposure.
• Develop e‑newsletters and ensure all online channels remain accurate and brand‑compliant.
• Conduct regular quality‑assurance audits of descriptive content and images across all channels.
• Identify new marketing opportunities, monitor competitor online presence and rate positioning.

Required profile

• Graduate in advertising, marketing, communication or a related field.
• Preferable experience in a similar e‑commerce or digital marketing role.
• Computer literate with strong verbal and written English skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Young, outgoing, innovative and able to work independently while promoting the brand.
• Understanding of hotel operations and strong documentation skills.
