E-Commerce & Web Platform Specialist – Maritime B2B Platform

About the role

We are seeking an experienced E‑Commerce and Web Platform Specialist to lead the creation, launch, and growth of Noon Marine, a new maritime B2B/B2C marketplace based in Dubai Maritime City. You will own the end‑to‑end development of the online platform, ensuring a seamless experience for buyers, sellers, and service providers across the GCC and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise the Noon Marine website using WordPress, Shopify or custom solutions.
• Integrate payment gateways, supplier portals and user dashboards.
• Develop and execute SEO and digital marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Onboard and support suppliers and buyers throughout the platform onboarding process.
• Analyse user data, monitor conversion rates and continuously improve the user journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e‑commerce or web platform development.
• Demonstrated experience with maritime or B2B platforms is preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic or Farsi is a plus.
• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
