Early Years Teacher

About the role

We are expanding our early years provision in Dubai and are looking for qualified Early Years Teachers to join our team. The role involves delivering high‑quality, play‑based learning for children aged 3‑5 in line with the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will work closely with colleagues to create a safe, nurturing environment that supports each child’s development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver daily curriculum activities that meet EYFS standards.
• Assess and monitor children’s progress and provide feedback to parents.
• Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to ensure consistent teaching approaches.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Early Years Education or a recognised vocational equivalent.
• Fluent English as first language.
• Experience or familiarity with the British EYFS framework is an advantage.
