E‑Business Internship – Digital Operations

About the role

CHANEL is seeking a motivated E‑Business Intern to join its Middle East digital team for a six‑month placement. You will support the seamless operation of the brand’s online platforms, helping to deliver the luxury client experience that defines the Maison.

Key responsibilities

• Assist daily digital business operations across e‑commerce and e‑retail channels.
• Monitor online performance, coordinate with Customer Care, Warehouse, boutiques, IT and business teams, and flag issues promptly.
• Update digital content on CHANEL.com and partner retailer sites, reviewing assets, moodboards and product pages before publication.
• Maintain online assortments, product activations and merchandising updates, aligning stock availability with commercial priorities.
• Support the rollout of digital campaigns and CRM activations, ensuring stock readiness and consolidating performance feedback.
• Track website KPIs, operational metrics and overall online business activity.
• Contribute to new digital initiatives and omnichannel projects, updating documentation and benchmarking best practices.
