Echocardiographer – Cardiac Imaging Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Echocardiographer to join the non‑invasive cardiac lab at Deira Medical Center in Dubai. The successful candidate will perform cardiac imaging studies, support patient care across all age groups, and ensure high‑quality diagnostic services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform 2‑D echocardiograms and treadmill tests (TMT) with full competency on lab equipment.
• Manage ordering and inventory of equipment and supplies for the non‑invasive lab.
• Provide patient care, acting as liaison between patients and cardiologists.
• Handle general office duties such as answering phones, scheduling, filing, and maintaining patient records.
• Participate in training of other personnel and maintain continuing education.
• Adhere to DHA regulations, Joint Commission International standards, and other international guidelines.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Cardiac Care Technology program.
• Minimum six‑month internship in Cardiac Care Technology.
• Current professional license in country of origin and DHA license to practice in the UAE.
• At least two years recent experience as a Cardiac Technologist.
• Excellent oral and written English; Arabic is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a group practice within an industrial environment.
