E‑Commerce Fulfillment Manager

About the role

The Fulfillment Manager leads the day‑to‑day execution of our e‑commerce operations, overseeing picking, marshalling, dispatching and last‑mile delivery. The role ensures that online orders are delivered on time, fresh and of high quality while driving efficiency across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily e‑commerce fulfillment activities, including picking, marshalling, dispatching and last‑mile delivery.
• Lead internal fulfillment teams and third‑party logistics providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity and picking rates, and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure stock availability, dark‑store organization and coordination with commercial and IT functions.
• Oversee delivery accuracy, quality control, packing standards and cold‑chain compliance.
• Handle customer service, returns, cash processes and on‑time order fulfillment.
• Plan and allocate resources such as vehicles, drivers and workforce to meet demand.
• Control operational budgets, reduce costs and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in E‑Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in supply chain, e‑commerce fulfillment, logistics or last‑mile operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing fulfillment teams and third‑party logistics providers.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, planning and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
