Ecommerce Manager

About the role

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead its digital commerce initiatives in Dubai. You will shape long‑term e‑commerce strategies, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and drive growth across all online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop digital commerce strategies with a longer‑term vision, including growth ambition, customer prioritisation and key business capabilities.
• Build and deepen strategic alignment with customers and internal cross‑functional teams to elevate growth and value creation.
• Ensure continuous improvement of e‑Capabilities such as DAM, content, packaging, net sales, P&L and analytics reporting.
• Use data and analytics to drive bold decision‑making and optimise performance.
• Launch personalised, differentiated innovations with best‑in‑class execution.
• Create rich, conversion‑focused content to improve click‑through and conversion rates for consumer‑packaged categories.
• Define and monitor digital‑shelf metrics, review scorecards and recommend corrective actions.
• Leverage digital channels to drive demand and purchase across the full consumer journey.
• Develop robust category‑growth plans and promotion strategies across all sub‑channels.
• Activate business‑driving opportunities at brand, category and portfolio levels.
• Coordinate 360° marketing communications with consumer marketing and digital platforms.
• Estimate and track yearly sales, traffic, marketing spend and channel performance for e‑commerce retailers.
• Partner with agencies and digital technology platforms to optimise traffic‑driving initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital commerce or related functions.
