E‑Commerce Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Omnichannel Director, the E‑Commerce Manager will own performance and execution of the e‑commerce business across the Middle East, driving profitable growth and strengthening the direct‑to‑consumer channel.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability and growth across e‑commerce channels, managing the digital trading calendar, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Champion a consumer‑centric approach, continuously optimizing the online customer journey and collaborating with Marketing, Customer Service and Operations.
• Work with Merchandising teams to ensure the right product assortment, visibility and inventory availability online, supporting launches and campaigns.
• Monitor business performance, translate data into actionable insights, and prepare reports and dashboards for regional and global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service and Technology teams to align local initiatives with the overall digital commerce strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital commerce or online trading.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving online sales growth.
• Experience in retail, fashion, footwear, lifestyle or consumer goods is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in a regional or multi‑market environment is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proactive, collaborative and consumer‑focused mindset.
