Education Lead

About the role

The Education Lead will report to the Business Head and be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of schools, universities, corporate clients and other educational institutions in the UAE. The goal is to generate a $2 million portfolio within three years by promoting Microsoft and Apple digital learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, segment and maintain a database of educational and corporate prospects.
• Create and nurture a sales funnel for each account, offering tailored digital learning products.
• Consult institutions on transformational needs and propose appropriate technology solutions.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, technical and vendor teams to deliver proofs of concept, workshops and solution designs.
• Manage relationships with brand principals and distributors to secure pricing, support and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with back‑office teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Design and execute sales and marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
• Conduct customer trainings and workshops to facilitate rapid deployment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales within the education or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of the UAE education market and corporate procurement processes.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet ambitious revenue targets.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft and Apple product portfolios for education.
