Educational Tours Specialist Middle East

About the role

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive growth of our Learning Adventure business across the Middle East. You will work directly with schools, universities and other educational institutions to design and sell curriculum‑aligned tours.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads, manage enquiries and convert them into booked tours.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of client schools, ensuring repeat business year after year.
• Conduct school visits, attend conferences and pursue other business‑development activities.
• Create customised tour quotes that match educational objectives while maximising profitability.
• Collaborate with regional operations teams to ensure seamless pre‑trip preparation.
• Deliver presentations to schools, parents and online audiences.
• Build long‑term B2B relationships and manage key accounts in the region.

Required profile

• Proven track record in selling school or educational tours.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organised and passionate about educational travel.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the sales region.
• Ability to work closely with the Head of Sales and report on performance.
