EHS Officer – Health, Safety & Environment

About the role

Accor is seeking an experienced EHS Officer to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives across its Dubai hotel. The role involves planning, coordinating and monitoring EHS activities to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual EHS plans, inspections, audits and awareness programmes.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections, identify hazards and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with hotel policies, local legislation and international HSE standards.
• Provide guidance, training and safety briefings to associates and management.
• Maintain PPE availability, inspection and fit‑testing processes.
• Review incident reports, lead investigations and recommend preventive measures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in health, safety and environmental management within hospitality or similar sectors.
• Strong knowledge of local UAE HSE regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all hotel departments and drive a safety culture.
