EHS Officer

About the role

The EHS Officer will lead health, safety and environmental initiatives across the hotel, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Accor standards. You will develop and implement EHS plans, conduct inspections, and promote a strong safety culture among all associates.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor EHS activities, including inspections, audits and awareness programs.
• Identify workplace hazards, conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate EHS records, statistics and reports, and communicate findings to management.
• Deliver safety briefings, toolbox talks and training sessions for staff.
• Support emergency preparedness, drills and response procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science or related field.
• Minimum one year of professional experience as an EHS Officer or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct inspections, audits and incident investigations with attention to detail.
