Electrical & Automation Technician

About the role

The Electrical & Automation Technician will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the electrical systems of our beverage production lines. You will work on both beverage and injection lines, ensuring high equipment availability and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns on all machines in beverage and injection lines.
• Program, commission, and maintain PLCs and classic control systems.
• Plan, estimate, and execute electrical projects and job orders.
• Read and interpret electrical circuits, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programmes to reduce unscheduled downtime.
• Identify and manage electrical spare‑part requirements for production equipment.
• Define procedures for installation, modification, and repair of electrical systems.
• Provide basic training to machine operators on electrical safety and system operation.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of beverage line equipment such as Sidel, KHS, and Krones.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance within the food and beverage industry.
• Ability to work in shifts and follow detailed technical manuals.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and methodical approach to tasks.

Required skills

• PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Classic control system expertise.
• Interpretation of electrical schematics and circuits.
