Fashion Production Manager

About the role

Amri Fashions is seeking a full‑time Fashion Production Manager to lead the end‑to‑end manufacturing of women’s evening and occasion wear in its Ajman facility. You will be on the factory floor, coordinating teams and ensuring collections are delivered on time, within budget, and to the brand’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise production schedules, capacity, and line balancing for bulk garment runs.
• Coordinate daily activities with pattern makers, cutters, and sewing teams.
• Monitor workflow, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure adherence to cost and delivery targets.
• Conduct quality inspections, fit checks, and final finishing reviews.
• Collaborate with design and merchandising to confirm technical feasibility and manage new‑collection timelines.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in apparel manufacturing, preferably women’s formal or occasion wear.
• Strong background in production planning, capacity management, and deadline control.
• Hands‑on knowledge of garment construction, pattern interpretation, and technical specifications.
• Ability to lead factory staff and work closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Ajman and be present on the production floor as needed.
