Electrical Project Manager (Dubai)

About the role

The Electrical Project Manager will lead and coordinate the full delivery of electrical projects on‑site in Dubai. This full‑time position oversees planning, design review, installation, testing, commissioning and ensures projects meet budget, schedule and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of substation and power distribution projects, managing planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Oversee design review, installation, testing and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
• Monitor budgets, costs and timelines, prepare technical and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, site teams, clients, consultants and suppliers, managing risk, change orders and quality control.
• Mentor project staff, drive continuous improvement and support tender preparation and technical proposals.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in electrical principles with experience in electrical contracting and site management.
• Proven project management experience, including budgeting, cost control and use of scheduling tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of international and local electrical codes, safety standards and quality assurance practices.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English; experience in Dubai or GCC is a plus.
