Elementary Music Teacher (Full-Time)

About the role

GEMS Education is seeking a passionate Elementary Music Teacher to join its Dubai campus starting August 2026. The role involves delivering the music curriculum to primary‑age students, fostering a love of music and supporting the school’s core values.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging music lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Maintain accurate records of curriculum plans, attendance, assessments and resources.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback and report on academic development.
• Utilise media and technology to enhance classroom instruction.
• Promote cultural awareness, student well‑being and a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues on teaching materials and co‑curricular activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress.
• Participate in staff meetings, committees and school events.

Required profile

• Ability to adapt teaching strategies for varied student needs, including ESL and gifted learners.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to encourage self‑discipline.
