Elementary School Teacher – Ghayathi Campus

About the role

ADNOC Schools is seeking enthusiastic Elementary School Teachers to join the Ghayathi Campus starting August 2026. You will deliver the Massachusetts State Curriculum to young learners in a modern, technology‑enabled environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create a climate for learning that encourages outstanding practice.
• Identify clear teaching and learning objectives and set challenging tasks.
• Differentiate instruction for SEN or highly able students.
• Maintain lesson pace, motivation and challenge using varied teaching strategies.
• Use assessment for learning and performance data to inform planning.
• Uphold the school’s Behaviour for Learning Policy and promote punctuality and good work standards.
• Select appropriate learning resources, including ICT tools and library materials.
• Mark student work regularly, set progress targets and record achievements.
