About the role

ADNOC Schools is seeking high‑performing elementary classroom teachers to join the Madinat Zayed campus in Abu Dhabi starting August 2026. The school follows the Massachusetts State Curriculum and provides a modern, technology‑rich learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create a supportive climate for learning and set clear, challenging objectives.
• Design and deliver differentiated lessons that meet the needs of SEN and gifted students.
• Use assessment data and performance indicators to inform planning and improve instruction.
• Maintain discipline in line with the Behaviour for Learning Policy and promote punctuality, homework completion, and high standards of work.
• Employ a variety of teaching strategies, effective questioning, and appropriate learning resources, including ICT tools.
• Mark student work regularly, set progress targets, and record achievement systematically.
