ELV QA/QC & Technical Documentation Engineer

About the role

Agile Technology Solutions is looking for an experienced ELV QA/QC & Technical Documentation Engineer to ensure the quality of ELV/ICT installations and to produce comprehensive technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Implement project QA/QC procedures, Project Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans and approved quality requirements.
• Conduct site inspections of ELV/ICT installations, verify compliance with drawings, specifications and standards.
• Prepare, submit and close MIRs, WIRs, RFIs, SORs and NCRs.
• Develop and maintain method statements, ITPs, inspection checklists, installation and testing procedures for ELV systems.
• Produce technical submittals, system descriptions, compliance statements, equipment schedules and final handover dossiers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, ICT Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of ELV/ICT experience with hands‑on QA/QC and technical documentation responsibilities.
• Experience in UAE/GCC construction, ELV contracting or systems‑integration projects.
• Strong understanding of ELV installation, testing, commissioning and handover processes.
• Excellent written English and ability to produce professional client‑facing documents.

Required skills

• Method Statements and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) preparation.
• Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Work Inspection Requests (WIR), RFIs and Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR) handling.
• AutoCAD and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Familiarity with structured cabling, fiber‑optic, CCTV, Access Control and other ELV/ICT systems.
