ELV Technician – Access Control & CCTV Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a skilled ELV Technician / ELV Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The role involves installing, configuring, testing, commissioning, maintaining and troubleshooting low‑voltage security systems for a variety of projects while meeting client requirements and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, test and commission Access Control and CCTV systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of ELV systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults in CCTV, access control and related ELV equipment.
• Conduct system inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and clients during installation and maintenance activities.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records and site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications and quality standards.
• Support system upgrades, expansions and integration with network infrastructure.
• Provide technical assistance and user training where required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of relevant experience in ELV systems.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Access Control, CCTV, Structured Cabling, ELV testing & commissioning, and system troubleshooting & maintenance.
• Good understanding of networking concepts and IP‑based security systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics and system layouts.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
