Emirati Patient Relations Executive - Part-Time (20 or 30 hours/week)

About the role

Al-Futtaim Health is seeking an Emirati professional to join the Patient Relations team at HealthHub Clinics in JVC and Festival City, Dubai. This part‑time position (20 or 30 hours per week) offers flexible hours while supporting patients throughout their care journey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end operational support to patients, handling insurance queries, appointments, invoicing and general customer service.
• Ensure accurate flow of medical information and patient data using medical coding protocols.
• Act as liaison for insurance claims, billing and payment processing.
• Organise and maintain patient records and clinic paperwork.
• Handle cash, credit and insurance payments, reconcile transactions and keep financial records up to date.
• Support a safe, welcoming clinic environment and participate in safety and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care.

Required profile

• Emirati nationality.
• Minimum 2 years (24 months) of relevant experience in patient services, medical administration or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
• Excellent communication skills in English (and Arabic preferred).
