About the role

The EPIC Programme is a structured, mentorship‑driven experience designed to accelerate the development of Emirati graduates in procurement and supply‑chain consulting. You will work on real client projects across infrastructure, energy and other sectors, gaining technical, commercial and consulting expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced Efficio consultants on live client engagements.
• Gather, analyse and interpret data to uncover opportunities, solve business challenges and support decision‑making.
• Contribute to procurement and supply‑chain transformation projects, delivering insights and actionable recommendations.
• Participate in structured training, mentorship and on‑the‑job development throughout the EPIC programme.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with critical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive mindset, eager to learn and able to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
