Employee Relations Coordinator

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Coordinator – Employee Relations to join its Employee Relations team. The role involves supporting employee grievance handling, investigations, onboarding and off‑boarding, and serving as a point of contact for HR‑related queries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in handling employee grievances and concerns confidentially and promptly.
• Support investigations related to disciplinary actions, misconduct, or policy violations.
• Maintain accurate records of employee‑relations cases and outcomes.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and feedback surveys.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including documentation and exit interviews.
• Process employee letters such as salary certificates, NOCs, and experience letters.
• Update employee records in the HRIS and liaise with payroll and benefits teams.
• Ensure employee files comply with internal policies and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR coordination or employee relations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of confidentiality.
• Professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office).
• Experience using HRIS systems.
