Employee Workplace Solution Advisor – Dubai/Abu Dhabi

About the role

HSBC is seeking an Employee Workplace Solution (EWS) Advisor to support a portfolio of around 800 corporate clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will act as the primary banking contact for employees of assigned companies, helping them with acquisition, revolving credit, and referral for borrowing needs while promoting HSBC’s broader wealth and international banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve performance targets across acquisition and revolving product lines and meet non‑financial KPIs.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee banking needs, including personal loans and mortgages.
• Collaborate with Corporate Account Managers, EWS Loan Specialists and other HSBC partners to deepen client engagement and market share.
• Present a holistic view of HSBC capabilities across wealth management, private banking and international corridors.
• Organise financial wellbeing sessions, service clinics and open days for client employees.
• Maintain compliance with HSBC standards and internal controls.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to meet acquisition and revolving targets.
• Strong understanding of IWPB products, propositions and services.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to manage expectations.
