Employment Paralegal – Dubai

About the role

Join a specialist employment law practice in Dubai as an Employment Paralegal. You will work alongside senior employment lawyers on both contentious and non‑contentious matters, gaining exposure to litigation, advisory work and client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with employment litigation from inception to conclusion.
• Prepare, organise and manage court bundles and case documentation.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, courts, tribunals and third parties.
• Support disclosure exercises, including Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).
• Conduct legal research and fact‑finding.
• Draft legal updates, articles, client communications and internal materials.
• Proofread, format and review legal documents.
• Assist with client onboarding, KYC and AML compliance checks.
• Open new matters and maintain document management systems.
• Provide administrative support to senior fee earners and aid business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience as an Employment Paralegal or Employment Legal Assistant.
• Previous exposure to employment law matters.
• Knowledge of UAE, DIFC and/or ADGM employment law is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
