Engagement Manager – Government & Public Institutions (Tourism) – Dubai

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead consulting projects for government and public institutions in the tourism sector, based in Dubai. The role combines strategic problem‑solving with hands‑on project delivery, helping clients shape policies and programmes that drive economic and social development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through the full consulting lifecycle, from hypothesis generation to solution convergence.
• Develop and present practical, data‑driven recommendations to senior public‑sector stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and client relationships to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Collaborate with Oliver Wyman’s global network to integrate industry expertise and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in management consulting or a related advisory role.
• Proven ability to work with government or public‑institution clients, preferably in tourism, culture or economic development.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
