Engineer II - RF Microwave Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a technically proficient RF Microwave Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi team. The Engineer II will contribute to the design, development and testing of radar subsystems and RF building blocks, supporting cross‑functional teams delivering advanced radar solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and realize RF passive and active circuits for phased‑array antennas and large RF systems.
• Develop and test circuits for receivers, transmitters, local oscillators and RF subsystems.
• Simulate circuit and system performance using tools such as AWR Microwave Office, VSS, Ansys, CST and MATLAB.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to bring RF electronics from concept to prototype.
• Lead testing of RF hardware to verify metrics such as VSWR, insertion loss, power, G/T, etc.
• Design chip and wire components for receivers, high‑power limiters and transmitters.
• Document designs and prepare them for potential production.
• Provide technical solutions to complex RF problems.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on RF engineering experience in industry.
• Proven experience in RF architecture definition, frequency planning and link‑budget analysis.
• Strong background in RF front‑end design and component selection.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and communicate across teams.
