About the role

This Engineering Apprenticeship offers fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience a rotational exposure across Field Service, Engineering, Service Operations, and Digitalization teams in Dubai. You will contribute to real projects such as outage execution, commissioning support, and continuous‑improvement initiatives that enhance the reliability of energy infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple business units, gaining end‑to‑end insight into field service and engineering processes.
• Support field assignments including maintenance, outage execution, commissioning, and inspections under the guidance of experienced mentors.
• Participate in technical, business, and leadership training modules and obtain relevant certifications.
• Collaborate with multicultural teams, track personal development milestones, and prepare for a permanent professional role.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduate status or up to two years of relevant experience.
• Strong digital literacy and proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Demonstrated learning agility, problem‑solving ability, and leadership potential.
