Engineering Delivery Manager

About the role

The Engineering Delivery Manager will lead the delivery of infrastructure and software development work packages, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to high quality standards. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, customers and stakeholders throughout the Build & Run lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver engineering work packages, managing schedule, budget, risk and resources.
• Monitor progress, track milestones and report status to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate customer meetings, project reviews and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Software Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and IVVQ teams.
• Work with Project Managers and discipline leads to allocate resources and manage skills.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks, issues and bottlenecks.
• Promote Agile and Lean practices to improve efficiency.
• Mentor delivery teams and encourage continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software or engineering delivery, including at least 3 years as a Delivery Manager or Work Package Manager.
• Proven experience delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects in multicultural environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Fluent English; French or Arabic a plus.
