About the role
KBR is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a PMC project focused on NGL and gas processing in Abu Dhabi. The role sits within KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions, delivering engineering and technology services for large‑scale oil and gas assets. The manager will be responsible for overseeing the engineering delivery of a multi‑billion‑dollar FEED/EPC programme. The position contributes to KBR’s sustainability objectives by integrating advanced technologies and value‑added solutions across the asset life‑cycle. The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery on schedule and within budget.
Required profile
- Minimum 20 + years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Proven track record delivering mega FEED/EPC projects valued at more than US$1 billion.
- Extensive experience in EPC and detailed engineering environments.
- Specific experience with NGL and gas processing plant projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
