English Language Trainer (Hindi Preferred)

About the role

We are seeking an English Language Trainer to deliver on‑site classes in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and preferably proficient in Hindi to support bilingual learners. The role involves designing curriculum, delivering lessons, and assessing progress.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct English language classes for diverse learners.
• Design and develop curriculum materials and lesson plans.
• Deliver course content using interactive and engaging methods.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain an inclusive and motivating learning environment.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet individual learner needs.
• Coordinate with administration for scheduling and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in English language training or teaching.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency in Hindi is preferred to facilitate communication.
