English to Arabic Translator – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced English‑to‑Arabic translator to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will interact with the bots in both languages, assess their logical flow, and create new conversational scripts to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Measure chatbot progress, assess correctness, and identify areas for improvement.
• Craft novel bilingual conversations to teach the models appropriate responses.
• Report evaluation results and suggest enhancements for model quality.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
• Independent contractor based in the United Arab Emirates.

Required skills

• English‑Arabic translation proficiency.
