Enterprise Account Executive – Dubai

About the role

Creatio is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate the adoption of its AI‑native, no‑code platform across the Middle East and Africa region. You will be responsible for driving new enterprise business, managing complex sales cycles, and building strong relationships with senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver against revenue targets and all key performance metrics.
• Generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory, manage pipeline, forecasting and related sales activities.
• Own the end‑to‑end enterprise sales process and develop winning solution‑sales strategies.
• Establish and nurture relationships with VP/C‑level buyers in Business and IT.
• Design and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Focus on new logo acquisition while identifying cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with multiple customer functions including architecture, operations, design, procurement and innovation teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience selling enterprise SaaS platforms to large organizations.
• Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Deep understanding of executive‑level enterprise or global account sales methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
• Four‑year degree with technical curiosity and a desire to learn.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
