Enterprise Architect

About the role

The Enterprise Architect will define and embed the Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework, principles, and governance model for Innovo Group. This senior position provides a business‑aligned architectural foundation that supports modernisation, operational stability, and long‑term scalability while leading a small team of domain architects.

Key responsibilities

• Establish EA maturity baseline and create improvement plans.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of domain architects.
• Design and implement EA across business capabilities, applications, data, integration, technology, and infrastructure.
• Tailor TOGAF or equivalent frameworks to the organisation’s context.
• Define EA artefacts, processes, governance, standards, and design guidelines.
• Produce current‑state and target‑state architectures with pragmatic transition roadmaps.
• Provide architectural oversight to delivery teams, ensuring consistency and reuse.
• Identify and manage technical debt and legacy constraints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT or related field.
• 10‑15 years of IT experience with strong enterprise architecture background.
• Proven track record establishing EA frameworks from scratch.
• Experience with ERP and large enterprise platforms.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
