Enterprise Growth Trainee

About the role

We are seeking a motivated graduate to join our Founder & CEO in driving enterprise growth for U2opia Mobile. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in large‑scale technology sales across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research target companies in the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia and identify senior decision‑makers in fraud, identity, security, digital, authentication and customer experience.
• Build and maintain detailed account and contact lists in the CRM.
• Draft personalised LinkedIn messages and email outreach for the Founder and sales team.
• Systematically follow up with prospects, secure meetings and track progress.
• Leverage warm introductions through existing customers, partners, events and professional networks.
• Prepare briefing notes for founder meetings and coordinate with the Enterprise Sales team as opportunities develop.
• Support outreach linked to the Founder’s travel and industry events.
• Continuously learn product offerings and industry trends to improve outreach quality.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (0‑1 year experience) with strong curiosity and intelligence.
• Excellent communication and persistence.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
